Crispy Edamame
1 (12 oz) package frozen shelled edamame (green soybeans)
1 TBS olive oil
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper (to taste)
Mix all ingredients so that edamame is coated. Spread evenly on cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 400.
