Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened (I use 1/3-reduced fat Philadelphia)
- 1/4 c. ranch dressing (I use light)
- 1/4 c. buffalo wing sauce (My favorite is Moore's Buffalo Wing Sauce, but you could pick a different one)
- 1 (5 oz) can low-fat chicken breast, drained (fresh, shredded chicken is even better)

Preheat oven to 375.  Make sure cream cheese is soft (I just microwave it, since it's a hot dip anyway). Mix all the ingredients together until they are a uniform texture and color. Dump into oven-safe serving dish (I have a fairly shallow, oval baking dish I love to use, but really any oven-safe dish will work).  Bake for about 30 minutes. Serve warm with Fritos Scoops. Yum!

I usually have to double or triple this recipe if I'm taking it to a party. This dip is a real crowd pleaser!

  1. I have a similar recipe, and I like to scoop it up with celery sticks.
